On Thursday the 11th June the Sales Leadership took on the challenge to rejuvenate 346 Manchester Scout Group based in New Moston. This was their mission:
‘The Scout Hut has seen much degradation over the years but continues to be a well used resource. This is a chance to give the place a huge facelift with painting inside and clearing and gardening outside to make it look like a centre local young people will want to come to.’
Sales Director Rod Bulmer and his team threw themselves into this challenge wholeheartedly and as you can see from the before and after footage on the video made a magnificent difference to the Scout Hut.
June Bone, head of the management committee for the Scout group said “We’d like to say a huge thank you to the team for coming along and taking on this challenge – they have made a real difference to our Scout Hut and have given it a new lease of life. I know that all the Scouts, Cubs and Beavers will appreciate all their hard work.”
The team have also arranged for 2 re-furbished PC’s to be delivered to the Scouts in the next couple of weeks as a gift from CFS.
