CFS Sales Director hits the airwaves

On Wednesday 13th May Rod Bulmer Sales Director for The Co-operative Financial Services appeared as a guest on ‘King’s Questions’ on Salford City Radio.

The hour long show is presented by Councillor Jim King who also chairs the board of Directors at the radio station.  The questions were primarily focused on the impact of the current financial climate on CFS, the ethics of The Co-operative Bank and how CFS fits with the broader Co-operative Group.

Salford City Radio is a community radio station based in the city of Salford, Greater Manchester. It launched in September 2007 after securing a 5 year FM license to broadcast full time on 94.4 MHz. The station broadcasts a mixture of community news, music and talk shows from its base at Salford Civic Centre in Swinton.

The radio station won runner up prize at the inaugural Salford Business Awards “Community Business of the Year.” The award went to Salford City Reds foundation.
